برعاية الأستاذ الدكتور جمال سامي رئيس الجامعة نظمت المكتبة المركزية ندوة لشرح محتوى تسجيلات فيديو التجارب الرقمية وكيفية الاستفادة من عناصرها بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب، حيث قامت ممثلة دار JoVE بالقاهرة الدكتورة بسنت عماد أحمد في الساعة الحادية صباح يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 21/2/2023 بعرض شرح لمحتوى مكتبة مجلة التجارب الرقمية المتاحة ضمن قواعد بيانات بنك المعرفة المصري.

وقد حضر نخبة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس وطلاب الجامعة وفق البيان التالي:

[:en]Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Gamal Sami, President of the University, the Central Library organized a symposium to explain the content of the digital experiments video recordings of JoVE and how to get benefit from their elements among faculty members and students, where the representative of JoVE Company, Dr. Basant Emad Ahmed, on Tuesday, 21/2/2023, at 11 am explained the content of the Digital Experiments library of JoVE available in the databases of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank.

على مدار ثلاثة أيام متواصلة  أيام 15، 16 ، 17 / 5 نظمت كلية الاقتصاد والادارة بالتعاون مع المكتبة المركزية  البرنامج التدريبي المجاني بعنوان ” مهارات اعداد الباحث السياسي والاقتصادي” لطلبة كلية الأقتصاد والادارة وذلك بهدف تحسين المستوى العلمى والمهارى للطلاب و الخريجين لتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل ، وذلك بحضور وكيل الكلية لشئون خدمة المجتمع د.سوزي رشاد، ود.محمد عبد الحليم مدير مركز ايجبشن انتربرايز للسيارات والدراسات الاستراتيجية، ود.نهى الدسوقي منسق الدورة وعضو هيئة التدريس بقسم العلوم السياسية، وعقب الافتتاح بدأ اليوم التدريبي الأول بعنوان ” البحث العلمي” للمدربة ا.ريم عبد المجيد، الباحثة المختصة في إدارة الأزمات والسلام البيئي ، والدكتور محمد ربيع باحث فى العلاقات الدولية ، والدكتورة رانيا محمود الجندى استشارى دراسات الجدوى الاقتصادية  وخبير أسواق المال .

بلغ اجمالى عدد الحضور اكثر من  80 طالباّّ

Over three continuous days- days 15, 16 and 17/5 –  the Faculty  of Economics and Administration, in cooperation with the Central Library, organized a free training program entitled “Skills of Preparing Political and Economic Researcher” for students of the Faculty  of Economics and Administration, to improve the scientific and skill level of  the under gradute students as well as graduates to meet the market needs. Dr. Suzy Rashad the Vice Dean for Community Service Affairs , Dr. Mohamed Abdel Halim, Director of the Egyptian Enterprise Center for Automobiles and Strategic Studies, and Dr. Noha El-Desouki, the coordinator , faculty member Department of Political Science. Were attended the seminar After the opening, the first training day entitled “Scientific Research”  was started by the trainer Reem Abdel Meguid, a researcher specialized in crisis management and environmental peace, Dr. Muhammad Rabei, a researcher in international relations, and Dr. Rania Mahmoud El-Gendy, a consultant for economic feasibility studies and an expert in financial markets.

The total number of attendees was more than 80 students .

The seminar started from 10 am to 2 pm .[:]

عقد  يوم الخميس الموافق 31-3-2022، قسم الارشاد السياحي، مؤتمره السنوي، بالمكتبة المركزية بالجامعة، في الفترة من الساعة 10 صباحًا، وحتى الساعة 2 ظهرًا، بحضور جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالقسم، والهيئة المعاونة، والطلاب، اضافة إلي الخريجين المتميزين من ابناء القسم.

جاء المؤتمر فى جلستين، بواقع ساعتين لكل جلسة، أما الجلسة الاولي، فبدأت بكلمات موجزة لاعضاء القسم، ابدوا من خلالها سعادتهم بعقد المؤتمر للمرة الاولي بالقسم، لاسيما وان المؤتمر قد جاء بعد تنفيذ جميع فاعليات القسم، والتى كانت قد توقفت بسبب جائحة كورنا.

وفى اعقاب ذلك عرض د. احمد حمدين، رئيس القسم، بعض الانجازات التى حققها هذا العام؛ حيث ركز علي عدة نقاط:

• القيام بعدة رحلات علمية يقودها اعضاء القسم فى القاهرة، والإسكندرية، والأقصر، وأسوان.
• إقامة عدة ندوات بمشاركة قامات علمية على المستويين المحلي والدولي.
• تعضيد القسم بمجموعة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس من كبريات الجامعات المصرية.
• فتح قنوات اتصال بين القسم وبعض العلماء البارزين فى الخارج، لاسيما علم المصريات.
• فتح باب الدراسات العليا فى مرحلتى الدبلومات والماجستير، بداية من العام القادم.

اما الجلسة الثانية: فجاءت على قسمين، الأول: بدأ بكلمة للدكتور موريس أبو السعد، مدير المكتبة المركزية للجامعة، ومن خلالها أكد على حرص الجامعة على تزويد المكتبة بأحدث الإصدارات بصفة دورية، وكذا الاشتراك في قواعد البيانات العالمية، كما استعرض كذلك ما تقدمه المكتبة من خدمات للسادة أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب، سواء ما يتعلق بنظام الاطلاع، أو التصوير، أو الاعارة.

تلي ذلك القاء د. أحمد حمدين ورقة بحثية، عرض من خلالها: أساسيات البحث في علم المصريات، ركز فيها على اهتمام كبريات الجامعات العالمية بعلم المصريات، والجديد في هذا العلم، وجهود العلماء المصريين والأجانب في هذا المجال، وكيفية اختيار نقطة للبحث، واخيرًا المدراس المختلفة في توثيق الحواشي وقائمة المصادر.

أما القسم الثاني من الجلسة، فتم فيه عرض نموذج تطبيقي لاحد مشاريع التخرج عن طريق أ. ملك خالد، كما تم عرض تجربة نجاح لأحد أبناء القسم من الخريجين المتميزين: أ. كريم حمد، المرشد السياحي باللغة الأسبانية، حيث قدم من خلالها نصائحه لزملائه الطلاب، كما وعد بتوفير فرص عمل للمتميزين من أبناء القسم، وفى النهاية قامت اسرة القسم بتكريم بعض الشخصيات المتميزة من ابناء القسم من المشتغلين بمهنة الإرشاد السياحي، والأكاديميين، أو المتميزين من الطلاب الحاليين.

Under the Auspices of Prof. Dr. Jamal Sami, President of the University and Prof. Dr. Hana Fayed, Dean of the College

and Dr. Ahmed Hamdeen, Head of the Tourist Guidance Department

Today, the Department of Tourist Guidance held its Annual Conference, in the central library of the university (SOUL),  starting from 10 until 2 Pm, in the presence of all the faculty members of the department, the supporting staff, and students, in addition to the distinguished graduates of the department.

The Conference had two sessions, two hours each. The First Session, began with brief words for the members of the department, in which they expressed their happiness at holding the conference for the first time in the department, especially since the Conference came after the implementation of all the department’s activities, which had been suspended due to the Covid 19 .

Following that, Dr. Ahmed Hamdeen, Head of Department presented  some of the achievements made this year  he focused on several points:

• Conducting several scientific trips led by members of the department in Cairo, Alexandria, Luxor, and Aswan.
• Holding several symposiums with the participation of scientific figures at the local and international levels.
• The department was supported by a group of faculty members from major Egyptian universities.
• Opening channels of communication between the department and some eminent scholars abroad, especially Egyptology.
• Opening the door for postgraduate studies at the diploma and master’s stages, starting next year.

As for the second session: it came into two parts, the first: it started with a speech by Dr. Maurice Abu Al-Saad, Director of the Central Library of the University, and through it, he stressed the university’s keenness to provide the library with the latest publications on a regular basis, as well as to participate in some databases, as well as reviewing what the library offers from Services for faculty members and students, whether related to viewing, photographing, or borrowing.

This was followed by a speech by Dr. Ahmed Hamdeen “a research paper”, in which he presented  the basics of research in Egyptology, in which he focused on the interest of major international universities in Egyptology, what is new in this science, the efforts of Egyptian and foreign scholars in this field, how to choose a point for research, and finally the different schools in documenting footnotes and a list Sources.

As for the second part of the session, an application model for one of the graduation projects was presented by A. King Khalid, and a success experience was presented to one of the department’s distinguished graduates: a. Karim Hamad, the Spanish-language tour guide, through which he provided advice to fellow students, and promised to provide job opportunities for the distinguished members of the department  current ones.[:]

تحت رعاية السيد أ.د. جمال سامي رئيس الجامعة والسيد أ.د. على عبدالعزيز نائب رئيس الجامعة للدراسات العليا والسيد أ.د. أشرف بخيت عميد كلية التربية تشرف قسم اللغة الألمانية بكلية التربية جامعة 6 أكتوبر بالتعاون مع المركز الثقافي النمساوي بالقاهرة بإقامة ندوة أدبية يوم الثلاثاء 29-3-2022 الساعة 11 صباحا بقاعة كبار الزوار بمكتبة جامعة 6 اكتوبر. قرأت فيها الأدبية النمساوية تانيا رايش (Tania Raich) مقتطفات من أعمالها الأدبية أعقبها مناقشة مثمرة مع طلاب قسم اللغة الألمانية لكلية التربية جامعة 6 أكتوبر، وقد حضر الندوة ايضا وفد طلابى نمساوى  وشارك الطلاب النمساويين في مناقشة الأديبة النمساوية فى أعمالها الأدبية ، كما شارك في أعمال الندوة عدة اساتذة من كلية التربية جامعة 6 أكتوبر و علی راسهم الدكتورة غادة الأخضر رئيس قسم اللغة الانجليزية و السيد د. محمد الشافعي المدرس بقسم اللغة الإنجليزية و الاّنسات ندى السيد و تسنيم وليد وولاء اشرف المعيدات بالكلية. كما شرفنا بالحضور السيد. شکری عبد الباقي رئيس قسم اللغة الألمانية بكلية اللغات و الترجمة جامعة الأزهر و السيد د. محمد حسين مدرس بقسم اللغة الألمانية بجامعة مصر للعلوم و التكنولوجيا وقد أدارت الندوة السيدة ا.د. رندة النشار رئيس قسم اللغة الألمانية بكلية التربية جامعة 6 أكتوبر . و بعد ترحيب مدير المكتبة السيد د. موريس ابو السعد بالضيوف قام الوفد بزيارة متحفى نجيب محفوظ و توفيق الحكيم بالمكتبة.

Under the patronage of Prof. Gamal Sami, President of the University, and Prof. Ali Abdel Aziz, Vice President for Graduate Studies, and Prof. Ashraf Bakheet, Dean of the Faculty of Education, and the German Language Department at the Faculty of Education, October 6 University, in cooperation with the Austrian Cultural Center in Cairo, by holding a literary symposium on Tuesday 29/3/2022 at 11 am in the VIP Hall of the October 6 University Library, The Austrian literary Tania Raich presents some of her literary works, followed by a fruitful discussion with the students of the German Language Department of the Faculty of Education, October 6 University. The symposium was also attended by an Austrian student delegation. A number of professors from the Faculty of Education, October 6 University, headed by Dr. Ghada Al-Akhdar, Head of the English Language Department, and Dr. Muhammad Al-Shafei, teacher in the Department of English and Misses Nada Al-Sayed, Tasnim Walid and Walaa Ashraf, teaching assistants at the Faculty. In the presence of Mr. Shukri Abdel-Baqi, Head of the German Language Department at the Faculty of Languages ​​and Translation, Al-Azhar University, and Dr. Mohamed Hussein is a teacher at the German Language Department at Misr University for Science and Technology. The Seminar was moderated by Mrs. Prof. Randa Al-Nashar, Head of the German Language Department, Faculty of Education, October 6 University. في يوم الأربعاء الموافق 23-3-2022 نظمت كلية السياحة والفنادق ، قسم إدارة الفنادق  مؤتمراّ للكلية  بقاعة كبار الزوار بالمكتبة المركزية للتعريف بسوق العمل وتواصل الخريجين مع طلبة القسم ، وتم تكريم بعض الطلاب أصحاب مشروعات التخرج المتميزة والطلاب المتميزين فى الأنشطة الطلابية المختلفة.

On Wednesday, March 23, 2022, the College of Tourism and Hotels, Department of Hotel Management, organized a conference for the college in the VIP Hall of the Central Library to introduce the labor market and the graduates’. Some students with outstanding graduation projects and distinguished students in various student activities were honored .
